Rather than avoiding pressure, or struggling with inferior performance, we need to find a way to resource ourselves to think clearly and act effectively in the moments that matter.
Red2Blue is a simple, visual and highly effective framework for performing when it matters most. Trusted by organisations and elite performers such as the All Blacks, this is an accessible and systematic way to develop your mental skills.
This intensive training introduces the Gazing Red2Blue methodology, designed to help professionals perform more effectively under pressure. The methodology is founded on the ‘Gazing Principle’, which involves the crucial ability to switch constantly between the overview (strategy/situational awareness) and the specifics (execution/accuracy).
The training is interactive and involves immediate application of the Red head/Blue head model and related tools to live challenges experienced by the participants. Working with a group of fellow practitioners from across the professional and sporting spectrum.
As a certified* Red2Blue coach, you will be equipped with the skills to teach others what Red2Blue is, how to use it to perform under pressure and how to integrate it into daily practice. (*This training is a prerequisite for certification and appropriate certification options become available to you upon completion of the course).
Certification candidates will be assessed via a personalised one to one scrutiny session with a Gazing Red2Blue Master coach. Upon successful completion, participants will receive an official Gazing Red2Blue coach certificate, maps and tools to start practicing and/or coaching mental skills and access to further support from the Gazing community.
This course is for professionals interested in human performance and the importance of mindset for performing under pressure.

Course Cost
- Course Fee: €450
- Optional next step: Certification Fee: €350 (includes accreditation workshop with Master Coach and registration with Gazing as a Certified Red2Blue Coach)
What Will I Receive Upon Successful Completion of the Certification Process?
- Gazing Red2Blue Certified Coach Certificate.
- Certified Coach booklet with lesson plans and notes.
- Red2Blue maps and tools for immediate use.
- Options to register with Gazing as a Certified Coach or Certified Plus Coach (a commercial partnership which enables organisational sales and deployment)
